Can I return my order if I change my mind?


Due to the handmade and customization nature of our business all sales are final. 


What happens if my items are faulty?


Please send us an email at [email protected] We will endeavor to respond to your email as soon as possible to resolve this. All faulty items will need to be sent to us. We will either repair the item(s) and send it back to you, exchange it for another item or refund you in full. All postage costs of faulty items are at our expense.
